Surrounded by olive groves, Saitia Villette Lefkada villa complex invites you to indulge in absolute relaxation, hospitality and the delight of natural beauty. These newly built Lefkada villas enjoy a convenient location on the west side of Lefkada, where the magnificent beaches lie, and 6km from Lefkada city. It is also located 300m from the center of Tsoukalades village where you can find restaurants, cafes, mini markets, a bakery and a pharmacy.
Αs you approach, Saitia Villette emerges through the luscious natural environment, in a total harmony with it and respecting the local aesthetics of the island of Lefkada.
At night, the exterior lighting design creates a soothing atmosphere, making the yard and poolside a beautiful oasis and allows you to make the most of the property during the hot summer nights.

In the complex there are four villas in a row, from the smallest to the largest.
The first house (villa Origano) can accommodate 2 to 3 persons. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a 50” smart TV and a generous sized kitchen area with full cooking facilities such as oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils. The yard can be accessed by the kitchen balcony door.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with a washing machine. There is also access to a cute little balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee with a marvelous mountain view. At both floors there is full reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The second (villa Salvia) and the third villa (villa Basilico) can accommodate 4 to 5 people and have been designed in exactly the same way.
